We don’t outsource purity. We make it by hand.
Our Dairy
We start with our family of cows. Every cow at our farm is a beloved member, fed organic fodder, free grazes at least once a day, and milked with care. They are native Tharparkar cows, whose A2 milk is naturally richer in nutrients and easier to digest.
A2 Milk
We hand-milk our cows in small batches only after their calves have been fed. It is not toned, not pasteurized, and not tampered with. It’s the kind of milk we’d give to our own families, because we do.
A2 Desi Cow Ghee

Made the way it was 5000 years ago. We follow the ancient Bilona method where curd is first set in matkas and hand-churned bi-directionally using a wooden ladle (mathani) to separate makkhan. This makkhan is then slow-cooked over fire to make our golden A2 Desi Cow Ghee. This process takes over 72 hours from milk to ghee, and we never rush it.

Why Bilona?
Because Ayurveda says ghee made from curd carries medicinal properties. The Bilona process preserves butyric acid, Omega-3s, fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K).
Tindi Ghee

Fresh, smooth, healthy. Our Tindi Ghee is made as a by-product of the Bilona process. It’s not the butter sold in stores, it’s the makkhan your dadi spread on parathas.

Thick, creamy, and full of gut-friendly cultures. Our lassi is churned, not blended. Made from fresh curd, it’s rich in probiotics and cooling in nature, ideal for digestion and balancing heat in the body, especially in summers.

We extract oils the way our grandparents did. Using traditional wooden Kolhus, we press premium quality seeds at room temperature in small batches. No heat, no pressure, no refining. Just pure, nutrient-rich oil with its natural taste, aroma, and colour intact.
Wood-pressed Groundnut Oil

Made from sun-dried, native variety groundnuts. Extracted using a wooden Ghana (kolhu) at room temperature Naturally high in Vitamin E and MUFAs making it great for heart health, skin, and hormonal balance. Nutty flavour and high smoke point make it perfect for deep frying & tadkas.

Desi Science:
Cold-pressed oils retain their prana (life force) and are considered sattvic (pure) in Ayurveda. They're easier to digest and support internal cleansing.
Wood-pressed Black Mustard Oil

Extracted from native variety black mustard seeds. Rich in Omega-3s, selenium, and glucosinolates with natural antibacterial and antifungal properties. Ideal for both cooking and Ayurvedic wellness: abhyanga (massage), oil pulling, congestion relief. Strong flavour and aroma, perfect for achars.

Wood-pressed Yellow Mustard Oil

Made from yellow mustard seeds, known for their mild, smooth taste. Recommended for kids, elderly, or those with digestive imbalances. Less pungent and easier on digestion. Perfect for light sabzis, everyday cooking, or those sensitive to strong flavours.

RAW WILD FOREST HONEY

Sourced from ethical beekeepers in forested belts of North India, it is raw, unheated, and unfiltered. We don’t blend it, boil it, or use sugar syrups. The bees collect nectar from wildflowers, jamun or eucalyptus blossoms, giving each batch a unique colour and taste.

Desi Science:
Raw honey is considered a yogavahi in Ayurveda, meaning it carries herbs and medicines deep into tissues. It balances Kapha and is recommended in daily rituals like warm water detox, wound healing, and even face packs.
What Happens After It’s Made
Every batch is:
- Lab-tested for quality, purity, and safety.
- FSSAI & LMPC certified.
- Shipped directly from our farm to your kitchen.
We never dispatch anything that hasn’t passed the test, because if it’s not good enough for us, it’s not good enough for you.
