Product & Health Benefits
Our A2 Desi Cow Ghee is handcrafted using the ancient Bilona method: milk → curd → hand‑churned butter → slow‑cooked A2 Desi Cow Ghee. This preserves fat‑soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) and delivers aroma, nutrition, and memory‑evoking taste.
We use native seeds and traditional kachi‑ghani wooden presses at temperatures under 40 °C. This retains antioxidants, aroma, fatty‑acid profile and flavours, unlike chemically refined oils.
Yes! Our honey is unheated, unfiltered, preservative‑free, and sourced from forest‑based beekeepers. It retains natural enzymes, bee pollen, antioxidants, and seasonal flavour.
Both have their place: ghee lends a rich aroma and key nutrients and is ideal for slow‑cooking or spreads; oils like mustard and groundnut are suited for frying, pickling, or raw use depending on your recipe.
We follow seed-to-bottle hygiene protocols and conduct quality checks at every stage. No adulterants, heat‑treatment, or preservatives are used; each batch is tested.
Storage & Shelf Life
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight or heat sources to preserve aroma, flavour, and nutritional value.
Typically, ghee and oils remain fresh for 6–12 months unopened. Once opened, consume within a few months.
No refrigeration is required. Ghee can be kept at room temperature; honey naturally crystallizes over time but can be gently warmed to liquefy.
Minor color variations, especially in wood-pressed oils, are natural and due to seasonal seed differences; they do not affect quality.
Spoilage is rare. That said, rancid smell, bitter taste, or mold (in honey) may indicate degradation. Discard if unusual signs appear.
We use tightly sealed jars or bottles. However, frequent opening can introduce air; ensure the lid is closed properly after each use to maintain freshness.
Usage & Recipes
Absolutely! It’s excellent for sautéing, parathas, slow-cooking dals, or as a finishing drizzle. Rich flavour blends well with both everyday and traditional meals.
Use it raw or lightly warmed to temper mustard seeds, curry leaves, and spices. Its antibacterial nature also helps preserve homemade pickles.
Yes! Warm the oil slightly before using it for oil‑pulling (oral detox) or steam inhalation for respiratory relief.
