Rajbir Singh — The Custodian of Traditions

Returning to his ancestral farm in Dhingsara, Haryana during the 2020 lockdown, Rajbir sought a simpler, healthier lifestyle. He embraced traditional food practices, where A2 cow milk, bilona ghee, and honey were prepared just as his ancestors did — slowly, mindfully, and naturally.

This personal reconnection with land and cows became the foundation of Originally Desi’s philosophy: purity above everything.

Shrey Dhasmana — The Visionary Mindset

Growing up in Delhi, Shrey was surrounded by processed foods and misleading labels. When he learned about Rajbir’s new way of living, it sparked a conversation that turned into a shared vision — to make pure, traditionally prepared food accessible to everyone.

Shrey brought the curiosity, research, and awareness needed to take Originally Desi beyond a personal lifestyle choice and into a movement for clean, honest food.
