Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at info@originallydesi.in with your order number and reason.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns of products once delivered, owing to the sensitive and perishable nature of our food items like A2 Ghee, Wood-Pressed Oils, Raw Honey and Lassi.

However, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:

If:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is damaged or leaked in transit.
  • The product is expired on arrival.
  • The package is missing items you paid for.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Taste preferences or minor texture variations (since these are handcrafted, natural products).
  • Product not being stored properly after delivery.
  • Delivery delays caused by logistics partners (though we’ll support you in raising concerns).
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer.

3. How to Request a Refund/Replacement

To raise a refund or replacement request:

  • Email us at info@originallydesi.in within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Include your Order ID, photos of the product and outer packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review and respond within 4 business days.

4. Refund Method and Timeline

  • If approved, refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment.
  • Refunds typically reflect in your account within 4–5 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue refunds via UPI or bank transfer after verification.
