Returns and Refunds
Due to the fragile nature of our glass packaging and the perishable quality of our consumable products, we do not accept returns. Additionally, refunds are not provided for products returned to us.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before completing the purchase.
Transit Damages
We advise you to inspect your package upon arrival. If your product is received in a damaged condition due to transit, please notify us within 24 hours. Contact us with photos of the damaged item and a copy of your invoice via email at care@originallydesi.com or on WhatsApp at +91 92668 77344.
Our Customer Care Team will review your claim and respond within 3–4 business days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays). Depending on the assessment, we may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
